Ordering info

For our Australian customers we are pleased to now offer online ordering through this website. When you place your order with Mayo International direct, you can be assured that we will process your order in super quick time, and be available to help you during office hours, either over the phone or via email.

Delivery of Orders

Orders placed by 10am (EST) Monday to Friday will be despatched same working day. Orders placed after 10am (EST) will be despatched next working day. If there are any delays with any part of your order, we will contact you prior to despatch. If any goods are not currently in stock we will contact you to discuss the best way we can service your request. Shipping times are estimated at between 3-7 business days depending on your location within Australia.

Minimum Order Quantity

We have no minimum order quantity here at Mayo International. We are very pleased to process orders regardless of the size. All orders, big or small, are filled with the same prompt and courteous attention.

Privacy and Security

At the time of registration to order online, you will be transferred to our Secure Server to provide your personal details. Once you have created your online user account, you will be able to place your order through our website. Our Secure Server uses SSL security and any personal information that you submit to us (including your email address) will not be provided to any third party.

Prices

All transactions are processed in AUD (Australian Dollars) and all prices displayed are inclusive of 10% GST. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time.

Payment Options

Through our Secure Server you can made your payment online using a Mastercard or Visa card if placing your order through our online shop.

Alternative arrangements for payment can be made for your online order. You can select the option of telephoning through your credit card details to our office during business hours or send us a cheque or money order.

No orders will be despatched until payment has cleared, and in relation to cheques this may delay your order by 5 - 7 working days. Online orders placed that require alternative payment options will only be held for 3 working days. If no contact is made in that time, the order will be deleted and unable to be retrieved - to proceed with the order past this time, you will need to revisit our online store and recreate the order.

Shipping/Freight Rates

Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location, exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.We use a combination of Courier Companies and Australia Post for our deliveries. Freight charges are calculated on the following:

• Standard base rate Australia wide: $7.50
• Plus $0.30 per kilo

Prices are in AUD and inclusive of 10% GST.

Returns and Exchanges

All exchanges and returns are by prior arrangement with our office only and goods must be fit for re-sale and in original packaging when returned. All freight charges are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the item is faulty or has been sent in error by us. No claims recognised after 14 days from despatch.
